long ahead of time do I need to call to get service? We usually have a very good response time of 10 to 30 minutes.
You can also set up an appointment with us if you need the service

Do better locksmiths tend to be
more expensive? In a perfect world that should be the case, but unfortunately many
locksmiths in Denver will use unethical methods to overcharge the consumer
in return for bad service and shoddy work.
Are
all locksmiths in Denver honest and ethical? No. The locksmith industry in Denver is extremely unregulated
and many businesses that call themselves locksmith companies take advantage
of that fact.
I have a key and I just need it copied/duplicated, what should I do?
Since we are a
mobile locksmith service, we do not have a walk-in
shop. We would actually recommend going to any Denver walk-in locksmith
shop because as a mobile service we charge a service call to come out.
I lost all my keys to my vehicle, what should I do?
You can call us anytime and we will give you a straight quote over
the phone. We can send one of our locksmith technicians to your location
and originate a new key on the spot.
I'm locked out of my car,
how can I get in without having to call a locksmith? It is strongly recommended to
have a professional locksmith unlock your vehicle. Serious damage
can be caused to the vehicle's door
and frame if not done correctly with the right tools.
Should
I get my locks rekeyed when I move to a new home? You should always consider
rekeying the locks when you move to a
new residence because most times you never know who has a copy
of the old key.
Can I get all my locks rekeyed to fit one key? Yes. As long as all the keyways
of the locks match, any professional locksmith should be able to
rekey
them to fit the same key.
I'm locked out of my house, how can I get in without having to
call a locksmith? You should always call a professional locksmith. If you
attempt to do it yourself it is very likely that you will damage the lock, door or frame
and still not be able to unlock the door.
What is the difference between replacing and rekeying locks?
Replacing the lock simply means to completely remove the lock from
the door and replace it with a whole new lock. rekeying is when you
fit your old locks with a new key.
rekeying can usually serve the same
needs as replacing the locks in a significantly less expensive alternative.
Will the “Do Not Duplicate” stamp on the key prevent my employees from
getting copies on their own? No. Not all locksmiths respect the “Do Not Duplicate” stamp, but
there are many high security lock alternatives that can give you complete
control of your employees’ key duplications.
When would I need a master key system for my business?
Basically a master key system gives you different levels of access.
For example, you would want to use a master key system if you have many
doors and you want to give your employees a key that unlocks only certain
doors, while you yourself have one
key that unlocks all the doors.
If I want to have all the locks in my business keyed the same, does
that mean I need a master key system? No. You can get your locks normally
rekeyed to fit the same key.
As long as you don’t need different levels of access you do not need
a master key system.
